Kim McClure, Microgreens Grower
Kim was looking for a product to take to local farmers markets to help people find more local offerings and came across microgreens. It was a perfect fit for the space that was already available and matched Kim’s passion for simple, healthy food.
Kim feels at home in the grow room, spending hours everyday seeding, water, growing and harvesting. Its so rewarding!
Kim also attends the Alice Farmers Market and Kingsville Farmers Market – usually with 3 kids in tow! Kim also handles all the social media, and is the one you talk to on the phone or over email. A wearer of many hats!
Robbie McClure, Market Master
While Kim may do all the growing and behind-the-scenes work, Robbie is the face so many of you know! You can find him every single Saturday morning at the Corpus Christi Southside Farmers Market! He also does the (3rd) Thursday evening market at the Padre Island Farmers Market.
Robbie has never met a stranger and he can draw even the quietest person out of their shell! He’s also a pro at helping people fall in love with microgreens!
Robbie is a microgreen fanatic! He puts a big handful of ‘greens on just about everything he eats!
